Part 2 of Vice Ganda’s new house tour showcase his expensive furnitures

Vice Ganda shared the second part of his “New Valurs Tour” and many people were in complete awe.

In part one of the tour, we find out that Vice incorporated stone, metal, and glass elements in every room of his house. And to make things easier for his loved ones, especially his mom, the host had an elevator installed for people who can’t always take the stairs.

He gave his fans and followers a glimpse of his new home’s living area, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen, guest room, powder room, as well as his spa area, entertainment area, pool area, and bar. It has an eight-car garage.

He bought this property, accordingly, six (6) years ago but it took him three years (3) after buying it to construct the house. He acquired it for his grandfather but he, unfortunately, passed away which made him lose his interest to pursue his plans.

Going back to part two, Vice gave a glimpse of his guest room, make-up area, personal toilet and bathroom, and a master’s bedroom.

He also showed his most favorite part of the house — the walk-in closet.

It has large shelves and areas for her gowns, bags, shoes, wigs, and many other personal things that she owns. It is accordingly the biggest area in the house. She also showed in her latest vlog on YouTube the master’s bedroom which is still empty, her Php 800,000.00 bathtub from Spain, and her Php 250,000.00 toilet bowl.

And get this: The shower lights up in three different colors!

Of course, there’s also a gorgeous bedroom, with a bed that has an incline feature.

He said he will be moving to his new house soon.
